Processing Times

• The time needed to fill an order varies from 1-14 days. 
• Custom Commissions take anywhere from 7-14 days to complete, depending on what is being painted. 

Estimated shipping times

• All shipping is sent through Canada Post, shipping times depend on Canada Post operating at full capacity.
• North America: 5-14 business days
• I do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. 
• Everything is sent through Canada Post letter mail, unless another shipping option is selected at CHECK OUT and paid for by the buyer. 

Shipping address

• Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed

Customs and import taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
